- Supervise daily MEP site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure installation work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
- Inspect material quality and site workmanship.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of MEP drawings and coordination.
- Ability to read AutoCAD and construction layouts.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
