About the Role
We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven, and relationship-focused Sr. Sales & Key Accounts Manager to drive enterprise sales and strategic account growth for our Cybersecurity & Networking business.
This is a hardcore field sales role requiring strong hunting capability, enterprise customer engagement, and experience in managing high-value IT infrastructure and cybersecurity accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise sales, key account management, and revenue generation within cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or IT solutions domains.
The candidate must be comfortable meeting CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers to drive business closures and long-term account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through enterprise field sales and strategic account acquisition.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity and networking domains.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, solution demos, and business reviews.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Own complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across multiple industry verticals.
- Build long-term relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and procurement stakeholders.
- Drive account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing customers.
- Ensure high customer retention and account expansion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of enterprise field sales experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, IT infrastructure, or managed services.
- Proven track record in enterprise account acquisition and revenue achievement.
- Strong experience in B2B solution selling and key account management.
- Excellent field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking technologies.
- Ability to handle commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools.
