Job Summary:
Shree Powder Coating is looking for a responsible Administrator Assistant to support daily office operations, documentation, and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records, documents, and reports
- Handle basic data entry and Excel work
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining files
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle office documentation and coordination
- 1–2 years experience in office administration preferred
Education:
Graduate / Diploma preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
