The MIS Officer will be responsible for managing the project's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring timely and accurate data collection, entry, validation, analysis, and reporting. The role will support project teams in maintaining high-quality data for effective programme monitoring, decision-making, donor reporting, and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the project MIS/database, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Collect, compile, verify, and validate project data received from field teams.
- Maintain records, activity trackers, and project documentation.
- Track project indicators and support progress monitoring against targets.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support field staff in data collection and reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper management of project data.
- Provide data and documentation required for donor reporting, audits, assessments, and evaluations.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline studies, surveys, and beneficiary tracking.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of reports and information.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator and Project Lead.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
