Job Summary
AutoStarke Energy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and company records.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and other business documents.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams.
- Handle documentation related to vehicle sales and deliveries.
- Assist in inventory and stock record management.
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally.
- Support daily office administration and filing.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (+2) or any Degree.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior back office or administrative experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
