Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Merchant to help grow our business and strengthen relationships with customers across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, merchandising, exports, furniture, home décor, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
