Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety, and smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and shop floor activities.
- Manage manpower and ensure shift discipline.
- Achieve production targets as per the production plan.
- Monitor product quality and process compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality.
- Maintain 5S, safety, and daily production reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and electronics manufacturing.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
