As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can help us grow our franchise network across India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified franchise business leads.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective franchise partners.
Present the Regrob Franchise Business Model through online and offline meetings.
Understand the requirements of prospective partners and guide them throughout the franchise onboarding process.
Coordinate with the management team for proposal sharing, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Build long-term relationships with franchise prospects and existing partners.
Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets.
Represent Regrob professionally while communicating the company's vision, values, and business opportunities.
Eligibility
Graduates and Master's degree holders can apply.
MBA candidates will be preferred.
Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Real Estate Sales, B2B Sales, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with calling, presentations, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Sector 65, Noida
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
