Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marathi-speaking MSW Fresher to join our team as a Community Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating community development initiatives, fieldwork, and stakeholder engagement in assigned areas across Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of community outreach and welfare programs.
- Communicate effectively with local community members in Marathi.
- Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, and beneficiary follow-ups.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and data collection.
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops at the field level.
Skills Required
- Fluency in Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing).
- MSW (Master of Social Work) – Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas in and around Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
- Good coordination, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word and MS Excel).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
