Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions with US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Shift Details
- Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
