About OnPoint Logistics
OnPoint Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company providing FTL, PTL, Express Distribution, Warehousing, and Last-Mile Delivery solutions across PAN India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records.
- Verify transport bills, vendor invoices, and customer invoices.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST invoices and ensure GST compliance.
- File GST returns and assist in GST reconciliations.
- Deduct and reconcile TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, outstanding reports, and financial summaries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for billing and payment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP software.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts.
- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry will be preferred.
