Role Overview
The MuleSoft developer ensures robust, secure, and scalable enterprise integrations by leveraging the full MuleSoft Anypoint Platform—covering design, development, API management, governance, deployment, operations, monitoring, and B2B capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Strategy: -
Design and implement MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.

Define API-led connectivity strategies, including experience, process, and system APIs, using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Develop and enforce integration standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
-
Create detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for integration solutions.
-
Lead the technical design and development of complex MuleSoft applications and integrations.
-
Oversee the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of MuleSoft assets.
-
Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to development teams on MuleSoft technologies and integration patterns.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices.

Manage and configure MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and Design Center.

Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications to ensure automated and efficient deployments.

Monitor the performance and health of MuleSoft integrations, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal environment setup, scaling, and high availability of MuleSoft runtimes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with other architects (e.g., enterprise architects, solution architects) to ensure alignment across different technology domains.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.

Stay abreast of the latest MuleSoft features, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the integration space.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance the integration landscape.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
