Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, track client payments, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
- Track incoming and pending client payments.
- Maintain accurate payment records and update reports regularly.
- Send timely payment reminders and follow-ups to clients via calls, emails, or messages.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payment status and invoices.
- Maintain client databases, documents, and administrative files.
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and office communication.
- Prepare basic reports, MIS, and status updates for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or client coordination.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional and responsible work attitude.

- Experience in payment tracking and client handling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
