We're looking for a creative Short-Form Video Editor who understands storytelling, audience retention, and social media culture. If you know how to transform raw moments into engaging Reels and Shorts, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
- Create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Select the best moments from raw footage to maximize audience retention
- Sync visuals with music, dialogues, and sound effects
- Deliver platform-ready videos within agreed timelines
- Collaborate with content creators and creative teams to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and music synchronization skills
- Clean, cinematic editing style with attention to detail
- Ability to create engaging, high-retention edits
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting
Software Skills
- Davinci
- CapCut
- After Effects (Preferred)
