Responsibilities:
-Issue Sale Order , Performa Invoice in Tally
-Track payments & credit limits
-Timely follow-up on customer queries
-Coordinate with the sales team
-Respond to business email
Experience - Min. 1-2 years of CRM/customer handling experience.
Proficient in Tally
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
