Job Title: Customer relationship executive
We are looking for a warm, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at a premium jewellery showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Handle customer queries professionally over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is essential.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer applications, and phone calls.
- Well-organized, courteous, and able to build trust with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front office roles is preferred.
