Bull and Bear Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to train, guide, and mentor students in practical digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts while helping students become job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Teach and mentor students in:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- AI Tools for Marketing
- Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct live projects, case studies, and hands-on assignments.
- Guide students in portfolio building and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.
- Support placement activities and career guidance sessions.
- Create training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions.
- Malayalam and English fluency preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching.
- Experience managing real client campaigns.
