Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store & Inventory to manage end-to-end store operations, inventory management, stock movement, material planning, reconciliation, and documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Bills of Material (BOM), inventory control, stock management, and Tally Prime systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of stock and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and documentation.
- Monitor and control raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Material (BOM) and ensure proper material consumption tracking.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, dispatch records, and other store documentation.
- Monitor batch-wise, lot-wise, and expiry-wise inventory, wherever applicable.
- Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, wastage, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight reorder requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, preservation, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Use Advanced Excel for MIS reporting, stock analysis, reconciliation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock control to minimize losses and stock discrepancies.
- Monitor material consumption against BOM and report any variance.
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of herbs, spices, Ayurvedic/Unani raw materials, and other products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Stock Management.
- Hands-on experience in Bills of Material (BOM) and material consumption tracking.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, physical verification, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with Tally, ERP, or other inventory management systems.
- Strong knowledge of GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and dispatch documentation.
- Experience in Herbal, Ayurvedic, Unani, Herbs & Spices, FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and team-management skills.
