We are looking for a motivated and confident Work From Home Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.
Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹28,799.45 per month
