About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital campaigns, lead generation, branding, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
- Drive lead generation and conversion strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage social media platforms and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agency teams for campaign execution.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing will be an added advantage.
