Position: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi
Qualification: Open to all disciplines
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage calls with existing clients to discuss participation in upcoming trade shows.
- Send customized proposals, quotations, and exhibition details via email.
- Follow up consistently with clients for booth rebookings and contract finalizations.
- Assist clients in selecting booth locations as per the event floor plan.
- Send personalized and professional email communication based on discussions and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and offer value-added deals or discounts to close bookings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat participation.
- Coordinate internally with the sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth client servicing.
- Send final confirmations and proforma invoices to clients post-finalization.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring clients receive ongoing assistance for brand visibility and promotions.
- Maintain accurate client data, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve revenue targets through proactive client engagement and retention strategies.
