Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM software.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

- 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting (freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
