Hiring: Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators, and End Users.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, customer visits, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and automation solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation products and solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
- Strong knowledge of automation products and solutions.
- Experience with brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, ABB, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network with OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators.
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close business.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
