Sales Promoter Required – Vijay Sales & Croma
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent our company Elica and Whirlpool display counters located in Vijay Sales and Croma stores.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate Elica and Whirlpool products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize counter sales.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Provide product information and answer customer queries professionally.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentive: 1% of total sales value (calculated after GST deduction)
- Additional growth opportunities based on performance.
Requirements
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Experience in retail sales or promoter roles preferred.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Basic knowledge of home appliances is an advantage.
Location: Vijay Sales and Croma stores (as assigned)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
