About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and intellectually curious Product Manager – Diagnostics to support the development and growth of our oncology diagnostics portfolio. This role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate with a background in biology, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or related fields who is passionate about healthcare innovation and building impactful products.This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, technology, AI, genomics, and healthcare while gaining hands-on exposure to product strategy, commercialization, and product development in a fast-growing diagnostics organization.Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Execution: Support end-to-end execution of oncology diagnostics products by coordinating product development, workflows, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Customer Understanding: Gather clinician, laboratory, and stakeholder insights to understand workflows, unmet needs, and opportunities to improve product experience and adoption
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and industry developments to understand the key differentiators for product and white spaces.
- Product Marketing Support: Support product launches, positioning, training, and sales enablement activities to drive adoption and commercial success. Help create product presentations, training materials, FAQs, brochures, and sales enablement content
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across scientific, clinical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution and organizational alignment through proper product documentation, trackers and strategic planning materials

Experience
- MBA from a reputed institution with specialization in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Product Management, Strategy, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Genetics, Microbiology, or related discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, consulting, healthcare marketing, product management, or related fields
- Internships or academic projects in healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, biotech, consulting, or pharmaceuticals are preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- High ownership mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
