About the Role
Profezzo is looking for a Commercial Analyst who can bridge business operations with data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to work with ERP systems to streamline procurement, inventory, sales, costing, and financial processes.
Candidates with exposure to the Rice Industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial, procurement, inventory, and sales data.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Monitor purchase, sales, stock movement, margins, and costing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation.
- Ensure accuracy of commercial transactions and documentation.
- Assist management with business insights and decision support.
- Maintain reports related to profitability, inventory ageing, and operational KPIs.
Eligibility
- B.Com
- BCA
- B.Sc.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to Rice Industry is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards).
- Good understanding of inventory, procurement, and commercial operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP implementation or ERP support.
- Knowledge of costing and commercial accounting.
- Experience in manufacturing or processing industries.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage.
