- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong experience in designing and developing data models and dashboards using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data flows for performance.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles to create intuitive and actionable reports.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting and query languages to support data manipulation and analysis.
