Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Web Developer who understands the connection between website development, marketing funnels, ad performance, and D2C growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing high-converting websites and landing pages, managing servers, implementing tracking, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.
- Build high-converting funnels for lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to improve ad landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Understand user behavior and implement website logic to enhance the customer journey and maximize conversions.
- Develop and manage D2C websites with a focus on user experience and business growth.
- Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Manage hosting environments, servers, domains, SSL certificates, DNS records, and website deployments.
- Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure website security, uptime, and backups.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and performance marketers to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Utilize AI tools to improve coding, debugging, automation, and workflow productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar funnel-building platforms.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
- Experience with D2C websites and e-commerce user journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Search Console, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing Linux/cPanel/Plesk servers, hosting environments, DNS, SSL, email configurations, backups, and website migrations.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Bolt.new, or similar.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDN configuration, and website security best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven website optimization.
