Job description
A CEO or senior sales leader in the ferro alloys industry bridges technical manufacturing operations with commercial business strategy, focusing on sales, market growth. Key duties developing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships with steel plants. Confident to increase Mular sales from 180 ton to 800 ton per year.
Role & responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Management: Drive overall sales operations, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for markets to achieve business objectives.
- Techno-Commercial Optimization: Oversee the blend of raw materials (ores, coal, scrap) and analyze production efficiency against procurement costs.
- Operations Oversight: Manage technical aspects of production, including submerged arc furnace operations, tapping, and quality control.
Sales & Marketing Focus :
- Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with major clients, such as steel plants and foundries.
- Market Growth : Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
- Sales Operations : Prepare quotations, manage order confirmations, and coordinate with logistics and finance teams for timely execution.
- Brand Promotion : Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of Mular, ferro alloys manufacturing processes and technical specifications of products like Ferro Chrome or Silico Manganese.
- Leadership Experience : Proven experience in a senior leadership role, bridging technical operations with commercial strategy.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
