Graphic Designer
Location – Gurgaon Experience -1-3years
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, proficiency in professional design software, practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, and an understanding of production-ready artwork.
Experience in the signage, printing, or packaging industry will be preferred. Candidates who have worked with neon signs, channel letters, acrylic signs, metal signs, or other customized signage products will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities –
- Use AI-powered tools to develop concepts, generate visual elements, enhance images, and improve design efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Take complete ownership of design projects, from initial concept development to final artwork and production.
- Present design concepts clearly, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, colors, resolution, bleed, cut lines, and appropriate file formats.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical, technically accurate, and ready for execution.
- Understand signage materials, illumination effects, fabrication limitations, mounting methods, and production requirements.
- Create designs for neon signs, channel letters, acrylic signs, metal signs, and other customized signage products.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, signage materials, printing methods, and production techniques.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, print, packaging, or signage design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
- Practical knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of the signage, printing, or packaging industry is preferred.
- Experience with neon signs, channel letters, acrylic signs, metal signs, or customized signage products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
