Job Summary:
Valeur Fabtex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and passionate German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality language training programs. The trainer will be responsible for teaching German language skills, preparing students for certification exams, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct German language training sessions (A1–B1/B2 level as required).
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Support students in preparing for Goethe certification exams.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance records and progress reports.
- Ensure interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum delivery and improvements.
Minimum Qualification:
- Graduation + Goethe-Zertifikat B1 (preferably from Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan)
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in German Language
OR
- Graduation with Advanced Diploma in German from a recognized university
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching/training experience in a recognized school, institution, or corporate setup.
Skills Required:
- Strong command over German language (spoken & written).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / online teaching tools).
- Ability to motivate and guide students.
