Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional with strong exposure to the
digital textile printing machine or any textile machinery industry. The candidate will be responsible
for generating new business, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the
Surat textile market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for digital textile printing machinery.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers including textile mills, dyeing units, printing houses and
garment manufacturers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
- Handle complete sales cycle including inquiry handling, quotation preparation, negotiation,
and order closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with textile manufacturers and industrial clients.
- Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery
solutions.
- Provide after-sales support coordination with service and technical teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Development
- Study market trends, competitor products and pricing strategies.
- Explore new customer segments and business opportunities in Surat textile cluster.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry networking events.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with service, installation and technical teams for smooth machine delivery and
commissioning.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic sales reports.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales of digital textile printing machines or textile
machinery.
- Strong knowledge of textile printing processes and production workflow.
- Experience working with textile manufacturers in Surat market will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
