Zephan Media is looking for an HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be able to manage HR activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
- Conduct interviews and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement and team activities.
- Implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance reviews and HR administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
