We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Chat Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our e-commerce customers through live chat. The ideal candidate will assist customers with product inquiries, order-related concerns, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other service requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order placement.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, shipping, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Track and update customers on their order status.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or support system.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards while handling customer conversations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in customer support, chat support, or an e-commerce environment. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
