We're a fashion-forward brand looking for an enthusiastic and digitally savvy social media and influencer marketing executive to grow our presence online. Core responsibilities
Strategy & brand voice
- Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Moj/Josh
- Plan content calendars aligned with festive seasons, sale events, and new drops
- Track performance metrics and share weekly insights with the team
- Stay on top of Indian fashion trends, influencer culture, and viral moments
Content creation
- Create Reels, carousels, and stories that reflect the brand's style identity
- Coordinate shoots with photographers, models, and stylists
- Write captions, hashtags, and copy in line with brand tone
- Repurpose influencer and UGC content across brand channels
Community management
- Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies across platforms daily
- Build a loyal community of fashion-forward followers
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the right team
- Re-share customer styling posts and tag UGC creators
Influencer management
- Identify and outreach to nano, micro, and macro influencers in fashion and lifestyle
- Coordinate gifting, barter collabs, and paid campaigns
- Brief creators and track deliverables and posting timelines
- Maintain an influencer tracker with contacts, rates, and performance data
Campaign execution
- Support launches for festive collections, sale seasons (End of Season, Diwali, etc.)
- Coordinate influencer haul videos, styling challenges, and giveaways
- Assist with Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, or D2C campaign tie-ins
- Collaborate with the design and e-commerce team on campaign assets
Analytics & reporting
- Track reach, saves, shares, and follower growth weekly
- Measure influencer campaign performance and ROI
- Prepare monthly reports for the marketing head
- Use insights to improve content formats and posting times
Requirements
Experience & skills
- 1–2 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging Indian platforms
- Good written communication in English and Hindi (preferred)
- Experience running or assisting influencer campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Later, Canva, or Meta Business Suite
- Passion for fashion, styling, and Indian pop culture
Good to have
- Prior experience in a D2C fashion, ethnic wear, or lifestyle brand
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Reels editor, InShot)
- Network of fashion nano/micro influencers across India
- Understanding of festive and bridal fashion calendar
- Bachelor's in Mass Media, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
- Experience with Meesho, Amazon, Myntra, or Nykaa Fashion seller tools a plus
