Job Summary
The Database Administrator having 10+ years experience is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s database systems. This role ensures optimal performance, data integrity, and availability to support business operations and applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, and upgrade database servers and tools.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform regular backups and recovery testing.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database systems and processes.
- Collaborate with development teams for database design and optimization.
- Implement disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.

6. Good communication and teamwork abilities
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
