Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on communication skills (verbal & non-verbal), interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, grooming, and workplace readiness.
Train learners on resume writing, group discussion techniques, and interview handling.
Use adult learning methodologies and incorporate real-life workplace scenarios and role-plays.
2. Session Planning & Curriculum Alignment
Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids based on the prescribed curriculum.
Align training with NSQF levels and SSC modules where applicable (e.g., Employability Skills QP).
Modify delivery methods to suit different learning levels and learner backgrounds.
3. Learner Engagement & Support
Encourage active participation and build learner confidence through continuous interaction and feedback.
Identify learner gaps and provide remedial support.
Conduct motivational sessions and mentorship as needed to improve learner morale and performance.
4. Assessment & Reporting
Conduct regular assessments, mock interviews, and practice sessions.
Maintain student performance records and track improvement in communication and confidence.
Submit daily session updates, attendance, and reports to the MIS/Academic team.
5. Collaboration & Professional Development
Coordinate with domain trainers and placement teams to ensure holistic learner development.
Participate in ToT, refresher training, and content development initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging industry trends and employability requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Soft Skills Training or ToT (Training of Trainers) from NSDC/SSC is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of training experience in soft skills, communication, or life skills.
Experience in working with youth from diverse or underserved backgrounds is desirable.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to connect with learners and simplify abstract concepts.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with blended learning tools (PowerPoint, videos, digital LMS platforms).
Sensitivity toward the needs of first-generation learners and marginalized groups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
