Job Title: Pre-Primary Education Facilitator
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, patient, and energetic Pre-Primary Education Facilitator to join our early childhood team. In this role, you will guide young learners through their foundational years using child-centric and play-based learning methodologies. You will collaborate with lead teachers to create a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Learning: Deliver interactive, age-appropriate activities, storytelling sessions, and arts-based lessons.
- Classroom Management: Prepare learning materials, set up activity zones, and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
- Student Welfare: Ensure strict child safety protocols are followed in class, on the playground, and during transit.
- Habit Formation: Guide children in developing social skills, good manners, hygiene habits, and mealtime routines.
- Observation: Monitor individual student progress, track developmental milestones, and report concerns to the lead teacher.
- Parent Engagement: Assist in executing parent-teacher meetings and providing constructive updates on child progress.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute school events, annual functions, field trips, and festive celebrations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCE), Montessori, NTT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2Yrs of experience working with preschool children
- Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, and active listening skills tailored for young learners.
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creativity: Highly resourceful in creating engaging visual aids, music, and dramatic play setups.
