Field Sales Executive (B2B Market Distribution)

About the Role
We are looking for result-oriented and highly mobile Field Sales Executives to expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be the face of our Samsung dealership in the local market. You will visit multi-brand retail outlets, mobile shops, and electronic stores across your assigned territory to secure bulk product orders, manage dealer relationships, and execute local marketing campaigns to drive secondary sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Generation & Collection: Regularly visit retail shops and market counters in your assigned territory to pitch inventory, take bulk orders, and ensure consistent supply from our dealership.
- Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new multi-brand retail stores, turning them into active selling points for our products.
- Market Activation & Marketing: Execute ground-level marketing activities, including setting up point-of-sale materials (POSM), banners, posters, and in-store displays at retail shops.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with local shop owners, resolve their stock/billing issues, and update them on new product launches and schemes.
- Payment & Ledger Collection: Coordinate with retailers for timely payment collections against the orders delivered.
- Competitor Intelligence: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor pricing, and distributor schemes, and report insights back to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Field Sales, FMCG, Telecom (SIM/Recharge distribution), or Consumer Electronics channel sales.
- Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and field negotiating skills.
- Deep geographic knowledge of the applied location (Nashik, Sambhajinagar, or Kolhapur and surrounding rural/semi-urban pockets).
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is absolutely essential.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, comfortable with extensive daily field travel, and aggressive in meeting market order targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
