About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products, we'd love to hear from you.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to design web and mobile applications that provide exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
● Conduct user research and understand customer requirements.
● Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
● Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
● Maintain consistency using design systems, components, and style guides.
● Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
● Design dashboards, landing pages, forms, and SaaS application interfaces.
● Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets when required.
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
Required Skills
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
● Good knowledge of typography, colour theory, spacing, and layout design.
● Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
● Familiarity with Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
● Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
● Strong attention to detail and creativity.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
