Job Responsibilities of ASM :
1.Sales & Business Development
» Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets are met for cattle, poultry, or aqua feed products.
» Identify and develop new, untapped markets in rural and semi-urban areas by appointing new dealers and distributors..
2.Channel & Team Management
» Oversee the dealer/distributor network, ensuring smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
» Lead, train, and guide a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) or Sales Officers (SO) to maximize their on-ground productivity
3. Marketing & Technical Support
» Plan and execute local marketing activities, including farmer meetings, veterinary camps, and field demonstrations.
» Maintain accurate documentation of sales, area-wise performance, and daily field activities to generate routine MIS reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
