Responsibilities:
- Assemble, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery and automation equipment.
- Perform electrical panel wiring, installation, setup, and machine commissioning.
- Interface with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, servo drives, stepper motors, and automation components.
- Conduct I/O checking, signal validation, and wiring verification during machine setup.
- Analyze and troubleshoot alarms and fault codes through HMI systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues during assembly and trial runs.
- Perform servo motor tuning, stepper motor configuration, and motion control adjustments.
- Review electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and control schematics.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industrial regulations.
- Provide technical support during factory testing and customer site commissioning.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for complete system integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation, machine building, or control systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, I/O modules, and control panels.
- Hands-on experience with industrial sensors (proximity, photoelectric, limit switch, encoders, etc.).
- Experience working with servo motors, stepper motors, and motion control systems.
- Ability to perform I/O mapping, wiring verification, and signal troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HMI systems for alarm analysis and machine monitoring.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Solid work.
- Experience in machine commissioning and customer site support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and support factory and customer site activities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
