Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop infrastructure and facilities.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor workshop cleanliness, housekeeping, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and procurement.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Support workshop operations to minimize downtime.
- Monitor utility services such as electricity, water, compressed air.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of facility management and maintenance.
