JOB REQUIREMENT – RECEPTIONIST
Clinic: Soukhyam Physio & Fitness Studio
Location: Babhai Naka, Borivali West.
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-spoken receptionist to join our physiotherapy and fitness studio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling patient enquiries and appointments
2. Managing the reception desk Fitness members and patients flow
3. Maintaining basic records and handling payments
4. Coordinating with physiotherapists and staff
5. Answering calls and WhatsApp enquiries politely
Requirements
1. Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred)
2. Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
3. Prior clinic or healthcare experience preferred (not mandatory)
Working Hours & Salary
Part-Time (Any One Shift):
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary: ₹7,000
Full-Time:
Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives
