Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Head to manage overall manufacturing operations, financial management, sales strategy, and team leadership at our sugar manufacturing facility.
- Plant Operations: Drive end-to-end manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational efficiency within the sugar plant.
- Financial & Business Management: Manage plant-level P&L, budgeting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
- Sales & Operations Alignment: Coordinate sales strategies, supply chain logistics, and production distribution.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build cross-functional teams to achieve organizational safety, quality, and output goals.
Required Profile:
· 8+ years of overall professional experience. in sugar industry.
· Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations in sugar industry.
· Graduate.
· 5+ yrs min exp as Plant Head
· Strong expertise in manufacturing, sales operations, finance/budgeting, and team leadership.
· Person with East Africa Knowledge (preferred Uganda experience).
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
