As part of strengthening our placement operations across Kerala, we are looking for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Placement Zonal Managers to coordinate placement activities across all branches.
Job Summary
The Placement Zonal Manager will be responsible for coordinating placement activities across assigned zones, building strong industry relationships, supporting students in placement processes, and ensuring smooth execution of placement drives and recruitment activities.
The role requires frequent field visits, employer networking, branch coordination, and active support to the central placement team.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Coordination
Coordinate and manage placement activities across assigned branches within the zone
Support the placement team in conducting interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events
Ensure students are placement-ready through continuous follow-up and coordination
Monitor placement targets and student hiring progress
Industry & Corporate Relations
Develop partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, companies, HR consultancies, and other industries
Conduct regular employer visits and maintain strong corporate relationships
Identify new placement opportunities for students across various sectors
Arrange campus recruitment drives and employer interaction sessions
Student Support
Guide students regarding interview preparation and placement procedures
Coordinate placement documentation and student records
Track student attendance for placement activities and internship coordination
Ensure professional communication between students and recruiters
Branch Coordination
Coordinate with branch heads, faculties, and placement coordinators
Conduct periodic placement review meetings
Ensure uniform placement operations across all branches in the zone
Submit regular reports to management
Field Operations
Travel across branches and companies within the assigned zone
Visit organizations for placement tie-ups and recruitment coordination
Represent Edwin Academy during corporate meetings and networking events
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in any discipline
Experience in Placement, HR, Marketing, Business Development, Hospital Administration, or Student Coordination preferred
