Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing)The Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and SaaS-based applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to identify issues, define test strategies, and ensure seamless product releases.
Your role will be critical in delivering bug-free, high-performing solutions that enhance user experience and maintain our reputation for excellence.
What you need for this role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle (STLC), SDLC and Bug Life Cycle.
- Experience in writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
- Experience in testing web applications and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Understanding of API testing, automation testing & database validation is a plus.
- Exposure to Performance Testing with hands-on experience using tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools is a plus.

What you will be doing
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of web and SaaS applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools.
- Conduct regression testing before every release cycle.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release discussions.
- Ensure product quality meets business expectations before deployment.
- Maintain proper documentation of test cases, execution reports, and release notes.
- Support the Customer Success Team in identifying and resolving production issues.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as deemed fit by the company based on business requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,826.07 - ₹70,214.90 per month
