Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, conducting field visits, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and present suitable products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and referrals.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor market trends and provide customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer relationship management, or business development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining reports and customer data.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
