Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data, demand trends, and market requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly demand forecasts.
- Conduct sales analysis and identify trends, gaps, and variances.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Support inventory and supply planning based on forecasted demand.
- Compare actual sales with forecast and highlight deviations.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
- Maintain and analyze planning data using MS Excel.
- Use SAP ERP for relevant sales, inventory, and planning activities.
- Identify potential supply-demand gaps and communicate them to concerned teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of planning and reporting activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in Sales team coordination, planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis,
- Candidates with sales coordinator and analysis experience and strong analytical/planning skills are encouraged to apply.
- B.Tech / BBA / BCA graduate.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- SAP ERP experience will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
