We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth through effective customer communication and lead management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and digital engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Lead Follow-up
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.
Schedule callbacks and ensure no lead is missed.
Call Tracking & Reporting
Record all customer interactions accurately.
Update call status, follow-up dates, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calling activities and lead progress.
WhatsApp Business Management
Manage the company's WhatsApp Business account.
Create and send WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to customers.
Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer contact lists and communication records.
Sales Coordination
Assist in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to customers and collecting feedback.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Experience using WhatsApp Business and broadcast messaging.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
